  All delivery charges (except underlay only orders) are capped at £50.00.
  
  Deliveries are either within 2 days by courier or within 7 days on our own transport.
  
  PLEASE NOTE THE COURIER WILL DO 'DOOR STEP ' DELIVERY ONLY. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THE GOODS UPSTAIRS ETC

  We will not accept returns based on colour/quality issues if no sample has been requested.
  
  Returns will only be considered if it is a genuine manufacturing defect, but not due to quality or colour as a sample should be ordered before purchase.
